Custom or special-order items require a non-refundable 50% deposit to start production; balance due before shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

Non-custom items may be returned under Chantr Living’s standard return policy.

Liability & Warranty

Chantr Living’s liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.

Structural and manufacturing defects are covered under standard warranty; natural material variations (wood, leather, upholstery) are not considered defects.
