Only licensed design professionals, architects, contractors, and other verified trade professionals are eligible.

Chantr Living reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

Trade Discount

Trade members receive a flat 20% discount off retail prices on all furniture.

Discounts are valid only for verified trade members and are non-transferable.

Use of Products

Products purchased under this program are intended for client projects and personal use only. Resale of products purchased at trade pricing is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Orders

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise approved.

Custom or special-order items require 50% deposit to start production; balance due before shipment.

Shipping & Lead Times

Standard lead times apply. Trade members will be notified of any delays.

Chantr Living is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

Non-custom items may be returned under Chantr Living’s standard return policy.

Confidentiality

Trade pricing is confidential and must not be shared with non-trade clients or competitors.

Liability & Warranty

Chantr Living’s liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.

Structural and manufacturing defects are covered under standard warranty; natural material variations (wood, leather, upholstery) are not considered defects.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
