Our Commitment

At Chantr Living, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted using carefully selected materials. We stand behind the quality of our products and warrant them against manufacturing defects under the terms outlined below.

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Chantr Living.

Warranty Definition

This Limited Warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and owner of Chantr Living products. It is non-transferable and remains valid only while the original purchaser owns the product.

Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of ownership and purchase date.

This Limited Warranty applies to products used in residential settings. Products used in commercial, hospitality, office, retail, or other non-residential environments are covered under the Commercial Warranty section below.

This warranty applies only to products used as intended and maintained according to Chantr Living care guidelines. The warranty does not apply to products that are altered, improperly installed, mishandled, misused, modified, reupholstered, or repaired by any party other than Chantr Living or an authorized service provider.

Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. Please refer to Chantr Living's Care Guide.

Residential Limited Warranty Coverage

Wood Furniture	5 Years	Chantr Living warrants wood furniture against manufacturing defects. Natural wood may display variations such as grain patterns, knots, mineral marks, small splits, joint lines, and changes in color or texture. These are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover expansion, contraction, warping, cracking, or other changes caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or changes in humidity.
Outdoor Teak Furniture	5 Years	Chantr Living warrants outdoor teak furniture against manufacturing. Teak is a natural material that will develop variations in color, grain, texture, and surface appearance over time. Silvering, fading, cracking, checking, and other natural changes caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, temperature changes, and outdoor conditions are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, extreme weather conditions, standing water, improper storage, or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines.
Brass Frames Furniture	5 Years	Chantr Living warrants brass frame furniture against manufacturing defects. Variations in color, texture, surface markings, and patina are natural characteristics of handcrafted brass and are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover oxidation, natural patina development, tarnishing, scratches, abrasions, or changes in finish caused by environmental exposure, cleaning products, or improper care.
Bronze Sculptures & Decorative Art	10 Years	Chantr Living warrants bronze sculptures and decorative art pieces against manufacturing defects. Variations in color, texture, oxidation, and patina are natural characteristics of bronze and are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover changes caused by weather exposure, environmental conditions, improper cleaning, handling damage, or natural aging.
Bronze Fountains	10 Year	Chantr Living warrants bronze fountain structures against manufacturing defects . This warranty does not cover pump failure caused by improper maintenance, mineral buildup, water quality, freezing temperatures, improper installation, or environmental exposure. Natural changes in bronze color, patina, and surface appearance are not considered defects.
Integrated LED Lighting	2 Years	Chantr Living warrants integrated LED lighting against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, improperly installed, mishandled, or misused. LED light bulbs are excluded.
Glass & Stone	1 Year	Chantr Living warrants glass, stone, and decorative components against manufacturing defects. Natural variations in stone, including differences in color, veining, texture, and surface characteristics, are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover chips, cracks, scratches, stains, or damage caused by impact or improper handling.
Fabric & Upholstery	Not Covered	Fabric, upholstery materials, cushions, and textile components are not covered under the Chantr Living Limited Warranty. Normal wear, fading, pilling, staining, fabric variation, compression, and changes resulting from use or environmental conditions are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of upholstery materials.

Commercial Warranty Coverage

Chantr Living supports select commercial applications, including hospitality, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and other professional environments.

Commercial warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects.

Natural changes in teak, including color variation, silvering, cracking, checking, grain movement, and weathering caused by outdoor exposure are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather conditions, standing water, improper storage, or commercial misuse.
Brass Frames	2 Years	Covers manufacturing defects. Natural patina, oxidation, tarnishing, scratches, abrasions, finish changes, and normal wear are not covered.
Bronze Sculptures & Decorative Art	5 Years	Covers manufacturing defects. Natural patina, oxidation, color variation, and environmental changes are not covered.
Bronze Fountains	5 Years	Covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover pumps, water quality, freezing temperatures, improper installation, or environmental exposure. Natural changes in bronze color, patina, and surface appearance are not considered defects.
Integrated LED Lighting	1 Year	Covers manufacturing defects. Alteration, improper installation, misuse, and replaceable LED light bulbs are not covered.
Glass & Stone	1 Year	Chantr Living warrants glass, stone, and decorative components against manufacturing defects. Natural variations in stone, including differences in color, veining, texture, and surface characteristics, are not considered defects. This warranty does not cover chips, cracks, scratches, stains, or damage caused by impact or improper handling.
Fabric & Upholstery	Not Covered	Fabric, upholstery materials, cushions, and textile components are not covered under the Chantr Living Limited Warranty. Warranty Service

If Chantr Living determines that a product defect is covered under this Limited Warranty, Chantr Living will, at its discretion:

Repair the product;
Repair or replace the defective component; or
Provide a reasonably equivalent replacement product.

Replacement products may not be identical due to the handcrafted nature of Chantr Living products and the natural variation of materials.

Repaired or replaced furniture, excluding upgraded products, will retain the same warranty term as the original purchase. If a product is upgraded, a new warranty term will begin on the date of the upgrade purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, chemicals, or unauthorized modifications
Products altered or repaired without authorization from Chantr Living
Damage caused by extreme weather or environmental conditions
Commercial use unless covered under the Commercial Warranty section

Many Chantr Living products are handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in wood grain, teak characteristics, brass finish, bronze patina, texture, color, and surface characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Chantr Living. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chantr Living disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Chantr Living shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, or extended by any representative, salesperson, or other party.

Purchasing Chantr Living products constitutes acceptance of these Limited Warranty terms.
