At Chantr Living, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Shipping timelines vary depending on whether your item is in stock or made to order, as well as the size of the product.

Standard Shipping

Large Furniture & Sculptures

(Including dining tables, consoles, coffee tables, lounge chairs, and other oversized pieces.)

Available in-stock large furniture and large sculptures ship via FedEx/UPS or freight carrier, depending on the total weight of your order.

  • FedEx/UPS: Estimated delivery in 5–14 business days
  • Freight Shipping: Estimated delivery in 14–21 business days

Your shipping method will be automatically determined based on your order and confirmed at checkout.

For orders shipped via freight, our delivery partner will contact you 1–3 business days before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment and provide a delivery window that works for you.

If you need to reschedule your delivery appointment, please contact us or your local delivery agent as soon as possible. Missed delivery appointments may result in a $195 redelivery fee.

Small Furniture, Décor & Sculptures

Available in-stock small furniture, décor, and small sculptures ship via FedEx/UPS.

  • FedEx/UPS: Estimated delivery in 5–14 business days

Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. Production times vary by product category.

Large Furniture & Sculptures

  • Production Time: Approximately 8–10 weeks
  • Delivery: Once production is complete, your order will arrive within 14–21 business days via freight carrier.

Order Processing & Shipping Updates

Every order is reviewed individually to determine the most efficient shipping method based on the size, weight, and destination.

Within 48 hours of your order being processed, we'll email you a more specific estimated shipping timeline tailored to your order. We'll continue to provide updates throughout production and transit so you know when to expect delivery.

Orders may ship in multiple packages, and items ordered together may not arrive at the same time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.
